Cancellation & Returns
Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy:
Prior to Delivery
Contacting our customer services team, quoting your order reference number, by email at email@example.com.
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. In order to do so contact our customer support team, quoting your order reference number, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order (or any part of it) and then returning the item to us by post to this address:

We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting. This is subject to the following conditions:
You are responsible for returning the item to us
You will be responsible for the costs of return(unless the item is faulty)
The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its packaging
You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges)
At Universal Standards UK Ltd. we take care to ensure every item we dispatch is in perfect condition. However, if you feel the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
This policy does not affect your legal rights .
